Items are typically shipped within three to five business days. Larger pieces may take from three to seven weeks to arrive depending upon your location and the shipping company. All pieces will be sent via UPS Ground or white glove. Shipping costs vary depending on each item and the delivery zip code. We do not ship to PO boxes. 

We can also arrange an appointment if you want to pick up the piece at no additional charge. 

Please, thoroughly inspect the piece before accepting delivery and signing for the freight. Any damages must be reported and written on the freight bill, so a claim can be filed. Please remember that most of our items are antiques and were well loved before we worked hard to bring them to new life.  You should expect some wear and imperfections.

Since our pieces are vintage and one of a kind, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We accurately describe each piece and provide you with the best pictures we can show. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
